Reiki allows the transmittal of positive energy, balance, and understanding of the chakras. Chakra means “wheel” and refers to various energy points in your body. Various hand positions are used over the body’s energy centers to bring in the Reiki energy while the client relaxes. Chakras should stay “open” and aligned. Chakras involve nerves, major organs, and areas of our energetic body that affect our mental, emotional, and physical well-being for ultimate healing.
Meditation is a relaxing and conscious training of your mind to channel attention and awareness through an organized breathing pattern and mindfulness of your thoughts, feelings, and body in connection to your environment. Meditation is a powerful tool to be used each day to achieve mental clarity and emotional calmness.
